Following the completion of these modules the students will be able to carry out troubleshooting on SIPLACE SX-Series machines and associated placement head types. Additionally they will be able to replace parts and make all required adjustments / calibrations using the correct procedures and practices. The modules are as interactive as possible using hands on practical exercises. Throughout each module the standard machine GUI is used as often as possible  The training is designed to simulate the factory environment and actual production as far as possible. To do so components are repeated placed onto PCBs throughout the training and errors, which can occur during production, are introduced. The modules are taught in a way to instil a logical approach to troubleshooting errors.
